Frequently Asked Questions

Can a window screen prevent a child or pet from falling?

No. Insect screens and pet-resistant mesh are not safety barriers or restraints. Keep children and pets away from open windows and use an appropriately rated safety system where fall protection is required.

How do I clean screen mesh?

Remove loose dust with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum. If the product instructions allow washing, use mild soapy water, rinse gently and let the screen dry before refitting it.

How do I choose replacement mesh?

Check the opening dimensions, required mesh type and compatible fixing method. Product options list the supplied dimensions; allow for trimming and attachment.

Are frame, magnetic strip and mesh parts universally compatible?

No. Check the dimensions and fitting method on the relevant product page. Contact us with the existing screen details before ordering a replacement part if compatibility is uncertain.

Which currency will I pay in?

All product prices, delivery charges and checkout totals are in pounds sterling (GBP).

What does standard delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £25 below £100 after discounts and free from £100. Express delivery is £25.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing, then 5 to 7 days for delivery.

What if I need help choosing?

Email the team with the product name, opening measurements and a description of the fixing surface before ordering.
